We miss you! For the past week our staff has been formulating a step-by-step procedure for a ‘soft opening’. Like the rest of the country we will need to take into consideration the safety of our patrons and our staff, and it may take several weeks before we can actually open our doors to foot traffic. We have several thousand items checked out that need to be checked in and shelved. We have several hundred items that are in-transit between our Partners’ libraries. Once those two steps are completed, the next step will be to offer curbside service until we feel comfortable proceeding with opening the doors on a limited basis. We will be following the safety procedures outlined by the State and City of Whitefish. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please check our website periodically for updates. Meanwhile, stay well and know we look forward to serving you again.
