There are a wide variety of questions we receive regarding the Libby App. WCL staff are not privy to, nor are they authorized to:
Troubleshoot authentication issues other than account updates or merging former and new account numbers (in the event of a new card);
Make book purchase requests;
Answer software questions in detail.
For those questions that stump us, Libby has provided a form for patrons to use which will provide the quickest response. This is new for us, so we welcome feedback as to your experience with this form.
