The Summer Reading Challenge wraps up this week with two events:
on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. The Making Place will demonstrate and help you make a dragonfly craft using some surprising household objects.
On Friday we’ll have our End-of-Summer-Reading-Challenge ice cream party over at the Depot Park Gazebo from 2 to 3 pm. – just in time to ruin your dinner!
Be sure to bring in your reading logs before Saturday at 5 pm. That’s the deadline for handing in reading logs and getting stickers onto The Making Place banner.
Next week we’ll find out who was lucky enough to win prizes and how much money the readers have earned for this year’s nonprofit – The Making Place. We can’t wait!
