Auto Renewal is ready to go the next time you check out items with your WCL library card. Items checked out after 6/18/2024 are eligible to be automatically renewed twice. WCL cardholders will receive an email with details of renewed items and items that can’t be renewed due to holds or renewal limits.

Each year, Whitefish Community Library’s Summer Readers contribute to a local nonprofit by reading, reading, and reading some more. In previous years, Summer Readers have contributed over $1500 to Meals on Wheels, Whitefish Lake Institute, and Good Grief Camp by reading for the equivalent of 7 months, 24 hours a day. We’re betting that our readers will do it again this year, and so is our sponsor, the Whitefish Credit Union.
Can you guess which nonprofit our Summer Readers will help this year? Here’s a clue:
Thanks to North Valley Music School and Humanities Montana, the Library is able to host musician Chris Sand, who will perform from his first-ever children’s music CD, “Magic Beans.”
Cruise in to the Community Room on Saturday, May 11 by 10:30 a.m. (the Library will open at noon) for this very special concert.
