Staying Alive in Avalanche Country – Susan Purvis

Please join us as we welcome Susan Purvis (author of “Go Find – My Journey to Find the Lost and Myself”) for her program “Staying Alive in Avalanche Country”. Susan is a Lead Instructor with Wilderness Medical Associates and the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education. She is a professional member of the American Avalanche Association, the Explorers Club and a Wilderness Medical Society member. Her 45 minute talk will be followed by a Q & A and book signing of her book “Go Find…”. Plan on coming early as seating is limited. The program is at 7pm in the library community room.
